We will visit the site and assess its suitability against a background of location, demographics, planning buildability and cost
We advise on rents, rent incentives, flexibility, Landlord and Tenant Act. We will also negotiate with landlord to a successful conclusion beside the solicitors.
RED will manage and coordinate all external consultants and architects to the point of submitting an application and liaise with the LPA on queries or hurdles identified.
Upon securing planning consent, RED will tender the construction works and advice on the most appropriate contractor to complete the works.
RED will manage the development of the courts, canopies, pavilion etc ensuring the contractor is working within the restrictions of the planning consent and to budget.
