For the 2022 Commonwealth Games, RED secured urgent planning permission for BBC camera platforms on the façade of Birmingham’s historic Town Hall. Working under tight deadlines, RED ensured the project complied with heritage and safety requirements, enabling international broadcasters to cover the event live from the city centre.

For the 2022 Commonwealth Games, RED secured urgent planning consent for a two-storey temporary structure in Birmingham’s Centenary Square. The building housed BBC TV and radio studios above, with the Games Megastore on the ground floor — delivered on time despite tight deadlines and technical challenges.
RED partnered with Vygon UK to transform a 45-acre site in Swindon, reducing occupational costs through lettings, green initiatives, and strategic disposals. The asset management plan drove the site towards a target net-zero position while supporting Vygon’s long term occupational needs
RED developed and managed a cost-saving real estate strategy for national law firm Lyons Davidson, reducing surplus office space, negotiating with landlords, and overseeing sales and lettings to mitigate financial liabilities.
RED acts as outsourced real estate director for Padeltastic, the brand behind Smash Padel, managing site selection, feasibility, lease negotiations and development of new padel centres across the UK.
RED acted in an agency capacity for Goonvean acquiring an 86,500 sq ft industrial unit allowing the client to consolidate three occupational units under a single roof. This move drove operational and overhead efficiencies in the business.
