Case Study: Asset Management for Vygon UK Limited

Client: Vygon UK Limited

Overview
Vygon UK is a leading supplier of medical and surgical products to the NHS, specialising in single-use intravenous access devices. The strategy focuses on creating income, reducing occupational costs, and improving environmental sustainability.

  • Surplus office accommodation and open land.

  • Ageing warehouse facilities needing modernisation.

  • Ongoing occupational costs and underused assets.

  • Need to align the site with sustainability and net-zero goals.
