Graham Tries His Hand as a Market Trader
Helping out a local, independent, plant-based kitchen and pop-up, Asparagasm, Graham has been trying his hand at selling vegan cheese at his local farmer’s market in Stroud.
Having previously learnt how to make a variety of vegan cheeses at an Asparagasm workshop, Graham enjoyed the experience of talking through the process with prospective buyers and selling their cheeses whilst helping to promote a local business in their local community.
A selection of cheeses is likely to find its way onto a ‘vegan Monday’ menu soon!
