Rawlings appointed RED to manage the relocation from their existing home in Kingswood to the new building on Crown Road, Warmley.

The new building identified and delivered comprised of approximately 23,680 sq. ft, however it became apparent on purchse that further space was required in order to house the admin and sales teams.

After completing on the acquisition, RED coordinated a planning application and secured consent for a new 2,475 sq. ft office block and thereafter, coordinated the professional team to deliver the build.

The project won at the BCO Regional Awards in Bristol this May in the category for best ‘Project up to 1,500m2’ in the South of England and South Wales region.
