RED has been instructed to coordinate the development of an extension to Rotork’s existing facility at Oldham Broadway Business Park in Chadderton.

This will include managing submission of a full planning application and construction of the extension to practical completion.

This appointment reaffirms our position as Rotork’s preferred Real Estate Director.
