Development Managment role for Sovereign Park Homes

Sovereign Park Homes is an active developer in the residential and holiday park home sector, with sites throughout the South West.
RED has been appointed by Sovereign Park Homes to coordinate, develop and deliver new residential and holiday park homes across their existing portfolio.

The role includes comprehensive delivery of development schemes with planning in addition individual new homes on vacant pitches on existing parks.

RED undertakes a full park home Development Management role to include:

• Coordination of the planning process and liaison with Statutory Authorities
• Arrangement of services.
• Appointment of contractors and coordination of delivery team.
• Liason with the purchaser through to completion of handover and legal agreement.
