Elonex have adopted RED as their in house Real Estate Director who have advised on planning applications, relocation and investment sales.
How We Help Elonex
RED first acted for Elonex to provide advice on the potential lease renewal of the companies main office accommodation.
The role soon changed, due to a change in ownership of the building to surrender negotiations, which have now been successfully completed.
The success of this role has lead to a long term instruction for RED to act as a Real Estate Director to Elonex and other related companies. Other work to date has included the sale of an industrial estate and advice on a potential residential development site.
