RED has been instructed to coordinate the development of an extension to Rotork’s existing facility at Oldham Broadway Business Park in Chadderton.
How We Help Rotork
RED is appointed in the capacity of Development Manager to coordinate the delivery of 250,000 sq. ft. of additional industrial accommodation to facilitate organic growth within the business.
Our role is all encompassing to include the coordination of scheme design and overall delivery. This will include managing submission of a full planning application and construction of the extension to practical completion.
This appointment reaffirms our position as Rotork’s preferred Real Estate Director.
