RED act as an Outsourced Real Estate Director to the owners of Forde Park Care Home. To date the role has included formulating a real estate strategy over diverse holdings including a care home, a retirement home, a children’s day care nursery and private residential dwellings.

Delivery of this strategy has resulted in a refinance of the business’s banking facility which has allowed the business to flourish.

Currently RED are investigating development opportunities across the portfolio on behalf of the family.
