Designability are engineering and design experts with a 50 year old passion for creating life changing products for the disabled and aging. Designability are a charity who use their design and engineering expertise to work side by side with those in need to create solutions.
How We Help Designability
Designability occupy some office and workshop space within the Royal United Hospital in Bath. They have run out of space for growth and to allow them to deliver additional services. They have a long term lease on very favourable terms, but need their own space with their own identity.
RED were engaged to initially scope the potential opportunities for Designability, assist them in understanding exactly how much space they need to deliver their business plan and to produce a document which could be tabled in front of a number of benefactors to help fund the development.
Having agreed on the brief specification of a new building RED are currently searching for a suitable site. We have also been successful in securing all of the funding for this project in a very short timescale.
