To allow the management team to focus on growing an investment portfolio, Roselea Properties, a South West property company, has outsourced the management of their extensive property portfolio across the region to RED.
How We Help Roselea Properties
RED has been successfully appointed as Roselea’s outsourced Real Estate Director to manage their property portfolio, including Polden Business Park, an industrial estate in Bridgwater.
Roselea had previously managed their portfolio in-house; consequently RED has devised and developed a bespoke management system specific to the client’s portfolio.
The role extends to the management of service charges, collection and recording of rental and other income, management of Landlord’s obligations and coordination of repairs and maintenance.
