How We Help Centrax
Centrax operate from a large established site with a mix of new and some older buildings. There is an area of c.15 acres of green field with a planning consent for a business park development, however the consent is not financially viable.
The site is peripheral to the main business and as such has not taken precedence. RED were engaged to provide a strategic review of the site with a focus on alternative uses and deliverability.
RED have engaged with the local Council, local sporting clubs, Devon FA, and Sporting England and have devised a plan including a land swap, and the development of new state of the art football and sports centre. The remainder of the site is currently being investigated for other alternative uses.
