Real Estate Director (RED)’s project team won the best project up to 1,500m² in the South of England and South Wales region.

They acted as brief consultant and developer on a project to build new facilities for Rawlings, a leading, independent packaging specialist in Warmley, Bristol.

Director at RED, Patrick Neville, said: “We are delighted to win such a prestigious award, it means so much to have been involved with a successful team.

“It means even more now that the same project has also been nominated for an award at the Insider South West Property Awards.

“We are looking forward to both that and the national BCO award ceremony next month.”
