Real Estate Director have been instructed by Northwood Hygiene Products Ltd to advise on and deliver a 130,000 sq ft extension of their Telford manufacturing facility, known as Big Tel. Northwood is a UK based family owned company that provide the manufacturing, supply and transportation of professional paper hygiene products.

RED acted on behalf of Northwood to purchase Big Tel, a 242,000 sq ft building with expansion land in 2016. The growing business has already identified the need for more space. RED will coordinate the planning application and required reports and when planning is secured, will manage the development process, including the design team and contractors, through to completion.
