RED has been instructed to coordinate the development of an extension to Rotork’s existing facility at Oldham Broadway Business Park in Chadderton. This will include managing submission of a full planning application and construction of the extension to practical completion. This appointment reaffirms our position as Rotork’s preferred Real Estate Director.

Bakers Dolphin has a requirement to source an alternative location to park their fleet of coaches due to the proposed development of Locking Road Car Park. RED has been instructed to source and coordinate an alternative site to accommodate this relocation.
